Copy/prep papers: Don't provide papers but tell people they will meet to talk in gym afterwards (can take notes if they would like) Poster hanging in each room and can put post-its on and we will bring to the gym
Photos: Amy will take photos throughout gallery walk
Tech Team members will split up and lead conversations in gym
Form for gym, tables for snacks and chairs set up in groups of 4 (Carla will do)
Send an email to staff to give them a heads up that Gallery Walk/World Cafe is coming on December 17th , also invite all UA Academy members to be at Tech Team meetings-can count as hours they need to complete (Ashley will send)
